About The Position

Responsible for reviewing leased and owned property documents as well as compiling and maintaining critical location data including financial and contractual obligations as part of the lease administration process. This position may be assigned to one or more accounts/clients.

Requirements

  • Reviewing leased and owned property documents
  • Compiling and maintaining critical location data including financial and contractual obligations
  • Updating and maintaining all lease information and data in the technology information systems
  • Ensuring proper document management measures are followed for all leased, owned and other associated documents
  • Maintaining file retrieval/storage, scanning documents, and opening/distributing mail
  • Reviewing client invoices in conjunction with lease requirements
  • Collecting proper supporting back-up documentation from landlords/billing authorities
  • Confirming all calculations are correct
  • Ensuring the financial obligations of our client is accurate
  • Communicating frequently with internal and external partners
  • Notifying client of critical dates, real estate policies and procedures
  • Assisting with general inquiries
  • Requesting client directed documentation
  • Processing vendor adds and changes as required by the lease document
  • Requesting and processing certificates of insurance as required by the lease document
  • Exercising good judgment and logic in responding to leased and owned property inquiries from the client and/or landlords
  • Ensuring that productive landlord and subtenant relationships are maintained in accordance with the lease and sublease agreements
  • Establishing task priorities and creating schedules for portfolio objectives
  • Managing multiple projects/priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Staying up to date on the latest industry standards and trends

Responsibilities
