SSP America operates a diverse portfolio of popular restaurants at LaGuardia Airport - including Beecher's Handmade Cheese, Mulberry Street, Dunkin' Donuts, Bar 212, Brooklyn Diner, & many more! We're passionate about bringing great food and even better hospitality to travelers from around the world. We are looking for a Porter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and enjoys being part of a strong team. As a Porter, you'll play a key role in supporting our restaurants and ensuring operations run smoothly.
Requirements
- 6+ months of prior experience in a food service, warehouse, stock, or porter role preferred
- Someone reliable, energetic, and self-motivated
- A team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards and productivity
Responsibilities
- Transport products between storage areas and restaurants.
- Store products correctly according to temperature and space requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness of restaurants, storage areas, and equipment.
- Remove refuse and transport unused or soiled items for cleaning.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the team.
