About The Position

As a Porter, you play a critical role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. You’ll ensure vehicles are organized, presentable, and ready for customers, while supporting the sales and service teams behind the scenes. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and values teamwork.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and team oriented attitude
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day
Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

Maintain organization and flow of vehicles on the sales lot or service departments
Park, move, and stage vehicles for display, test drives, and deliveries
Assist with vehicle check-in, tagging, and inventory organization
Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and customer ready
Support sales and service teams with vehicle movement and logistics
Monitor lot appearance and report safety or maintenance concerns
Assist with snow removal, lot cleanliness, and seasonal needs
Follow all safety guidelines and dealership procedures
