About The Position
Join our team at Russ Milne Ford, Inc as a Porter, where you will play a key role in supporting our service department by greeting customers, applying protective coverings, and moving vehicles to the holding area. You will help maintain a clean and organized service drive and shop, assist in picking up and dropping off vehicles upon completion, and promptly bring vehicles up when the cashier calls for an attendant.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers courteously and professionally upon arrival.
- Apply protective coverings to customer vehicles to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Move vehicles to and from the holding area as directed.
- Clean and maintain service drive and shop areas to ensure a neat environment.
- Assist with picking up and dropping off vehicles when service is completed.
- Respond promptly when the cashier calls for vehicle attendants and bring vehicles up as needed.
