Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of general labor experience
• Ability to meet physical demands and follow directions
• Skilled in the safe use and upkeep of tools and equipment, including: Power tools: blowers, pressure washers, etc. Manual aids: ladders, hand trucks, wheelbarrows, dollies, buckets
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community grounds and common areas.
• Daily trash pickup.
• Blowing walkways.
• Maintaining landscaping.
• Power washing surfaces as needed.
• Ensuring that the property is clean and welcoming for residents and guests alike.
• Supporting the maintenance and property teams with additional tasks as directed by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.
