About The Position

The Artesian at Bee Cave is seeking a Porter to join their dynamic Property Management team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. This is an hourly, full-time position.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
