About The Position

As a Porter, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. This role is for The Artesian at Bee Cave and is part of EMBREY's dynamic Property Management team.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
• Valid Driver’s License
• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
