About The Position

The Porter sustains the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. The role is based at The Artesian at Bee Cave in Bee Cave, Texas, and reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. The position is hourly and full-time.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
• Ensure grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
• Clean and remove trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.
• Maintain the pool and its equipment on a regular schedule.
