Porter

ITEX Property Management LLCFort Worth, TX
Onsite

About The Position

As a Porter at ITEX, you are the first impression residents and visitors have when they arrive at our community. Your work keeps the property clean, safe, and welcoming. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that involves cleaning common areas, maintaining the grounds, identifying property issues, and supporting the on-site maintenance team with routine tasks. This is an entry-level position, but it is far from a small role. The Porter is essential to our community. You will work independently with daily direction from your Site Manager, and your work will be visible to every resident, every day. If you take pride in a job well done, enjoy working outside, and want to learn the property management industry from the ground up, this is a strong place to start.
