About The Position
Green Gardens is a new construction property. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of apartment community grounds, amenities, facilities, recreational areas, and other common grounds.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all areas in satisfactory curb appeal.
- Pick up grounds and remove debris.
- Clean laundry area, pool and other recreational areas, and other common areas, etc.
- Assist maintenance team with various duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
