About The Position
This role involves performing light maintenance duties, including changing light bulbs. The ideal candidate will be able to safely use basic tools and maintenance equipment and perform the physical tasks associated with porter and maintenance work. Dependability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Availability for possible overtime on weekends is also required.
