About The Position
Legend Property Group, a subsidiary of The Monument Companies, is seeking to hire a full-time Porter to service a growing inventory of beautiful, apartment units. Our Maintenance Technicians earn a competitive wage of $16-$24/hour based on experience. Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance, housekeeping, groundskeeping, specialized construction trades, or related work or educational experience
- Great communication skills
- First-class customer service skills
- Hands-on problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Organized and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and manage competing demands

Responsibilities
- Maintaining and repairing appliances, plumbing, minor HVAC issues, and electrical work
- Painting
- Caring for the grounds
- Pool maintenance
- Quickly responding to maintenance requests
- Prioritizing and adapting to tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication
- Checking exterior and interior areas for safety, cleanliness, and needed repairs
- Preparing apartment units for re-leasing which involves cleaning and painting
- Completing daily checklists, occasional tasks, and handling unexpected surprises
