Responsibilities

Support daily restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization in kitchens, dish stations, service areas, and storage spaces.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies for culinary and FOH teams.
Transport items such as linens, ingredients, trash, and recycling between prep and service areas.
Clean and reset common-use areas, restrooms, and service zones throughout shifts.
Assist with event or service prep and breakdown tasks, including resetting floors and moving furniture or equipment.
Help monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
Notify managers of any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly.
