About The Position

Roseville Toyota is hiring a part-time Service Porter to support dealership operations and customer demand. The role involves greeting and assisting service customers, safely moving and arranging vehicles, keeping service and customer areas organized, and providing support to service advisors, technicians, and customers. The porter should be available for a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required. Candidates should be familiar with operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles and demonstrate careful, safety-conscious, punctual, and team-oriented work habits.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist service customers.
Move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles safely.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service lane, customer areas, and parking lots.
Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle transportation and other support tasks.
Monitor dealership grounds and arrange and secure vehicles properly.
Shuttle customers when needed and assist with general dealership operations.
