About The Position

Holman's upfitting division has an opening for a Part Time Gig/Porter to join our team in our Blue Mound, TX Location. This role involves picking up and delivering vehicles, receiving vehicles using a computerized tablet, and ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and premises. The position also requires basic automotive maintenance tasks and applying technical skills to complete assigned work.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Adaptability for changing needs of the business.
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency to get the job done.
A desire to be outside 90% of the day, year-round.
Contribute positively to the overall work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure positive experiences and effective resolution of inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver vehicles from one shop lot to another.
Receive vehicles using computerized tablet, note as unidentified and report out status.
Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately.
Familiarity with basic automotive maintenance tasks, such as tire pressure checks and fluid top-ups/Jumping vehicles etc.
Applies basic technical skills and knowledge to complete assigned work.
