About The Position

The Porter plays a vital role in the member experience at Horseshoe Bay Sporting Club, a private outdoor club focused on service, learning, and shared outdoor pursuits. As a highly visible service professional, you will ensure members are prepared, supported, and cared for throughout their time on property, serving as a key point of contact to set the tone for safety, hospitality, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability.
• Service-oriented with pride in supporting others.
• Detail-focused, especially in matters of safety and accuracy.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in Texas conditions.
• Comfortable interacting with members in a high-end hospitality environment.
• Trustworthy with basic cash handling and transactions.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure ammunition and gear into member carts accurately and safely.
• Assist members with gear loading and unloading upon arrival and departure.
• Provide courteous transportation for members and guests across the property.
• Deliver amenities and requested items to members on the range.
• Support Restaurant & Retail operations during peak periods, including table bussing.
• Process basic register transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain carts and related equipment in clean, safe, working condition.
• Follow all safety standards and operating procedures without exception.
• Represent Rhythm’s culture with professionalism, humility, and respect.
