Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance, housekeeping, groundskeeping, specialized construction trades, or related work or educational experience
• Great communication skills
• First-class customer service skills
• Hands-on problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently
• Organized and able to manage time effectively
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and manage competing demands
• Attentive to detail

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing appliances, plumbing, minor HVAC issues, and electrical work
• Painting
• Caring for the grounds
• Pool maintenance
• Responding to maintenance requests
• Checking exterior and interior areas for safety, cleanliness, and needed repairs
• Preparing apartment units for re-leasing which involves cleaning and painting
