About The Position
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Porters to join our team at Big Meadows Lodge in Shenandoah National Park, Virginia. As a Porter, you will be responsible for performing light cleaning duties around the hotel, both inside and out. Requirements
- No experience or diploma required
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in housekeeping preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in employee housing area with cleaning and laundry duties
- Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts
- Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers
- Additional housekeeping duties as needed
- Report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors
