Porter/Valet Manager
About The Position
Kowalis Auto Group is seeking a Porter/Valet Manager to oversee the porter and valet team. The manager hires, trains, schedules, and assigns tasks to porters and valets, and works with other department heads to address the team’s needs. Scheduling must provide coverage during the dealership’s open hours, Monday through Saturday. Requirements
- Management experience in the automotive industry.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
- Professional, clean appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
- Willingness to take initiative.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily.
