About The Position

The RV Valet/Porter moves RVs in and out of the service area and transports RVs to and from the dealership or customer locations. The role also helps maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area and coaches. Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop. The stated schedule is Thursday through Saturday and alternating Sundays, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The pay range is $21–$23 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar position.
• CDL.

Responsibilities

• Move RVs in and out of the service and storage areas.
• Complete storage departure checks, including checking batteries, water, and tire pressures, and turning the refrigerator on before a customer departs from storage.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the area.
• Report RV issues to the service manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly.
