About The Position

The Porter Manager will lead, train, hire, and oversee the porter staff to ensure seamless operations. This role involves maintaining the appearance and performance of vehicles, managing inventory, and ensuring the lot is neat and orderly. The manager will also be responsible for moving vehicles, stocking inventory, and handling vehicle keys and inventory.

Requirements

Porter Manager experience, required.
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Must be willing to submit a background screening

Responsibilities

Manage (lead, train, hire, and oversee) our porter staff making certain the following duties are performed seamlessly.
Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
Stock in both new and pre driven vehicles
Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management staff and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
