About The Position

The Porter Manager will lead, train, hire, and oversee the porter staff to ensure seamless operations. This role involves maintaining the appearance and performance of vehicles, managing inventory, and ensuring the lot is neat and orderly. The position requires a strong understanding of dealership operations and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Prior Porter Manager experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to submit to a background screening.

Responsibilities

Manage (lead, train, hire, and oversee) porter staff.
Ensure interior and exterior of vehicles are cleaned and maintained.
Replenish all vehicle fluids as needed and replace batteries when necessary.
Stock in both new and pre-driven vehicles.
Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
