About The Position

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing and dependable Porter Lot Attendant to assist the sales department in providing customer service during the vehicle-buying process. The role involves moving customer vehicles around the lot, keeping vehicles clean and free from damage, and helping with cleaning and custodial duties in and around lot areas. The position also includes greeting customers, handling vehicle keys and repair orders, and retrieving vehicles for customers.

The role requires a professional, customer-service-oriented approach and the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment through summer heat and winter cold. Candidates must be able to safely operate vehicles in tight spaces and should be able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
• Install disposable protective coverings and tags in vehicles brought in for service.
• Deliver vehicle keys and repair orders to the appropriate Sales staff member after parking the vehicle.
• Help maintain a clean and safe service area by removing trash, sweeping, and performing other general cleaning duties.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers, wait at the vehicle with them, and thank them for their business.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Attend required staff meetings, training, and educational classes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
