About The Position
Performs utility labor including cleaning of chinaware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and refrigeration units. Responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen, pantry and service areas including floors and trash receptacles. Removes trash from kitchens, dining rooms and service areas including removal of fat and grease rendering barrels. Delivers and sets up dish wares to outlets. Responsible for maintaining supply of coffee and carbonated beverages and equipment cleanliness. Transporting food supplies and general items to and from main kitchen and supply/food storeroom. Performs deep cleaning of all equipment. Promotes positive public relations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Will train, no previous experience necessary.
- Able to perform strenuous manual labor safely & efficiently
