Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of janitorial, porter, or custodial experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation with excellent attendance.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successfully pass a drug screen.
• Successfully pass a 7-year criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility.
• Deep clean offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize work areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Help maintain the exterior of the building, including entrances and walkways.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks inside and outside the facility as needed.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Assist with meeting room setup and breakdown as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
