About The Position
We are looking for a very reliable, responsible, committed, punctual, responsive person in communications and a dedicated person who provides quality service and is committed to their responsibilities to clean a DAY PORTER in Cornelia, GA - 30078. The employee must always be in uniform and by the company's dress code. The employee must have a helpful and polite attitude with employees and residents of the apartment complex. The employee must have at least basic English. This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the specific needs of the facility.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment
- Must be very reliable, responsible, committed, punctual, and responsive in communications
- Must provide quality service and be committed to responsibilities
- Must be in uniform and by the company's dress code
- Must have a helpful and polite attitude with employees and residents
- Must have at least basic English
Responsibilities
- Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, chairs, tables, and windowsills
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
