Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment
Must be very reliable, responsible, committed, and punctual
Must be responsive in communications
Must provide quality service and be committed to responsibilities
Must be in uniform and by the company's dress code at all times
Must have a helpful and polite attitude with employees and residents of the apartment complex
Must have at least basic English

Responsibilities

Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, chairs, tables, and windowsills
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
