About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking a Porter & Housekeeper to join our property team at Avenues at Creekside. Avenues at Creekside is a 395-unit property managed by Adara Communities, featuring townhomes and mid-rise apartments with elevator buildings and attached garages. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the property, ensuring a positive living environment for residents and a welcoming atmosphere for prospective tenants.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors when needed
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Previous porter or housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the property grounds and common areas
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the community
• Assist with curb appeal and light groundskeeping
• Help prepare vacant units and amenity areas
• Support maintenance team as needed
• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure community presentation standards are met
