Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors when needed
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Previous porter or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the property grounds and common areas
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the community
- Assist with curb appeal and light groundskeeping
- Help prepare vacant units and amenity areas
- Support maintenance team as needed
- Clean leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure community presentation standards are met
