We are seeking dedicated and motivated Porter/Grounds team members to support our Class A luxury communities. This role is essential in maintaining curb appeal and ensuring our properties remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of basic maintenance, groundskeeping, or general labor experience preferred
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
• Attention to detail and pride in keeping properties presentable
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and buildings clean and well-maintained
• Perform general groundskeeping and pool area upkeep
• Assist with landscaping tasks, including planting, weeding, and trimming
• Remove trash and debris from the property
• Complete light maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting, replacing light bulbs, and cleaning first-floor windows
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
