This role is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office area cleaning, parking lots, and weed control. The position also involves recognizing and reporting unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns, assisting with market-ready unit preparation on a limited basis, and providing 5-star customer service. The company operates on EOS principles, ensuring clear direction, necessary tools, and supportive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors/rock beds, leasing office area cleaning, parking lots, and weed control on the property
• Recognize and report any unsafe conditions, maintenance concerns for repairs, and/or common area deficiencies
• Assist in the preparation of market-ready units only on a needed/limited basis, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and/or minor touch-up cleaning.
• Effectively communicate with fellow team members and supervisor
• Provide 5-star customer service and represent the community in a professional manner
