About The Position
Join Our Team as a Porter / Groundskeeper! Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming? We’re looking for a Porter to help maintain the beauty and curb appeal at two of our apartment communities, The Brentwood and The Grove Brentwood in Nashville, TN. Your work will make a lasting first impression on everyone who visits and lives here! You’ll spend your day outdoors helping keep the community looking its best. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for residents. You’ll be part of a supportive team where hard work is noticed and valued. You’ll gain hands-on experience and opportunities to grow into maintenance roles.
Requirements
- Prior porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred (but not required).
- Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A positive team player who takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
- Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.
- Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.
- Support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects.
- Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.
