About The Position

Haverkamp Properties is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to join their team. This role is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office area, parking lots, and weed control. The ideal candidate will recognize and report unsafe conditions and maintenance concerns, assist in preparing market-ready units on a limited basis, communicate effectively with team members, and provide 5-star customer service. Responsibilities

• Own the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors/rock beds, leasing office area cleaning, parking lots, and weed control on the property
• Recognize and report any unsafe conditions, maintenance concerns for repairs, and/or common area deficiencies
• Assist in the preparation of market-ready units only on a needed/limited basis, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and/or minor touch up cleaning.
• Effectively communicate with fellow team members and supervisor
• Provide 5-star customer service and represent the community in a professional manner
