About The Position

This Porter/Groundskeeper position is located at the Las Colinas at Black Canyon property in Phoenix, AZ, which is part of Management Support (MS). MS manages approximately 13,500 Class A and B+ multifamily apartment units across 36 properties, focusing on providing an outstanding living experience and high-level resident service without deferred maintenance. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of $18.00 - $20.00. The company is looking for organized and responsible individuals who take pride in their work and are seeking stability with dedicated employees.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
• Ability to work under the direction of a Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
