About The Position

Haverkamp Properties is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to join their team. This role is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office area cleaning, parking lots, and weed control. The ideal candidate will recognize and report unsafe conditions, maintenance concerns, and common area deficiencies. This position may also assist in preparing market-ready units by removing trash and performing minor touch-up cleaning. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing 5-star customer service are essential. The company operates on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and values a leader who provides clear direction, necessary tools, and effective communication.
