About The Position

The Portables Laborer is responsible for the safe and efficient servicing, delivery, setup, and maintenance of portable restroom units, trailers, and related sanitation equipment. This role supports daily service operations and special events while ensuring all company equipment is cleaned, functional, and presented to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate light- or medium-duty service vehicles (no CDL required).
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic field repairs on portable units and trailers.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow route instructions.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends, overtime, and special events as needed.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Responsibilities

  • Service and clean portable restroom units and trailers according to company and health standards, ensuring proper sanitation, deodorization, and restocking of supplies.
  • Deliver, pick up, and relocate portable units and trailers at customer sites, construction projects, and event venues using company vehicles not requiring a CDL.
  • Perform minor repairs on portable units and trailers, including door latches, vent pipes, seals, or minor structural issues, both at company locations and customer sites.
  • Assist with event setup and tear-down, including placement, leveling, and securing of portable units and restroom trailers to meet customer and site requirements.
  • Rebrand and maintain appearance of units and trailers by cleaning exteriors, applying decals, and ensuring company branding is properly displayed.
  • Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles and equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety issues.
  • Maintain accurate service logs, delivery records, and customer documentation as required.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers to ensure timely and professional service.
  • Comply with all company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations (as applicable).
