Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a team
• PPE required: steel toe boots and appropriate work attire

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience as a General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Perform job site clean-up and debris removal
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
• Assist with demolition and site preparation
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the shift
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors
