Requirements

Passion for the Porsche brand and luxury customer experience.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Strong technology skills, including smartphones, iPads, mobile apps, and in-vehicle technology.
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous luxury retail, hospitality, technology, or automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the dealership's Porsche product and technology expert.
Deliver engaging vehicle demonstrations showcasing Porsche performance, innovation, and technology.
Conduct personalized vehicle deliveries and educate customers on vehicle features and connected services.
Assist the Sales Team by providing product knowledge and technical support.
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure an exceptional ownership experience.
Stay current on Porsche products, technology, and brand initiatives.
Represent The Hanania Way through professionalism, enthusiasm, and world-class customer service.
