Requirements
- Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (luxury vehicle experience preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities
- Greet and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and vehicle repairs.
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
