About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Popcorn Production Attendant to join our team at CFG Bank Arena. As a popcorn production attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious popcorn to our guests while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50 and is tip eligible.

Requirements

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift heavy bags of popcorn.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a popcorn popper or in a hospitality role is a plus.
Knowledge of popcorn making techniques and equipment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Prepare and pop popcorn using professional popcorn-making equipment.
Serve popcorn to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized popcorn station.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests with their popcorn selections.
Monitor and regulate temperature and cooking time to ensure the perfect popcorn consistency.
Replenish popcorn supplies as needed.
Adhere to food safety and health regulations.
