About The Position

CNH Group is a franchisee of Crumbl Cookies, a leading gourmet dessert company with over 1100 stores. We offer a rotating weekly menu of cookies, pies, and cakes, and have recently launched "Dirty Sodas". Our company also operates a vibrant pop-up business with custom Crumbl Dessert Trucks active throughout the region. Our mission is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

Requirements

Previous food service experience as the primary shift leader responsible for leading staff, operations, and closing procedures.
Previous experience leading event setup, execution, tear down, and reporting while communicating with on-site stakeholders.
Track record of previous position(s) averaging more than two (2) years with fewer than three (3) total prior jobs.
Open availability with heavy lean towards Fridays and Saturdays.
Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date and ServSafe equivalent within 30 days of hire if not already certified.
Comfortable with Smart Phone Apps, Spreadsheets, Email and Online Calendars.
Valid driver's license with at least 5 years without citations or insurance claims where you were at fault.
Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, plan production for, and execute off-site sales events from initial commitment to final reporting and financial reconciliation.
Lead the off-site sales team.
Manage weekly onsite sales events at Federal installations around Washington, DC.
Learn the ropes quickly and take the lead on event operations.
Execute event setup, tear down, and reporting.
Communicate with on-site stakeholders.
Manage event profitability and tip collections.
