About The Position

This is a new role for CNH Group, a franchisee of Crumbl Cookies, focused on leading their off-site sales team in the DMV region. The role involves managing pop-up sales events and existing contracts, requiring coordination, production planning, and event execution from initial commitment to final reporting and financial reconciliation. The operations are already running, and this position will take the lead. Events include weekly onsite sales at Federal installations around Washington, DC, necessitating a background check, clean driving record, and professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Previous food service experience as the primary shift leader responsible for leading staff, operations, and closing procedures.
• Previous experience leading event setup, execution, tear down, and reporting while communicating with on-site stakeholders.
• Track record of previous position(s) averaging more than two (2) years with fewer than three (3) total prior jobs.
• Open availability with heavy lean towards Fridays and Saturdays.
• Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date.
• ServSafe equivalent within 30 days of hire if not already certified.
• Comfortable with Smart Phone Apps, Spreadsheets, Email and Online Calendars.
• Valid driver's license with at least 5 years without citations or insurance claims where you were at fault.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Have a knack for customer service.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift heavy items.

• ServSafe certification (if not obtained within 30 days of hire).
