About The Position

The Pools Attendant is responsible for checking guests in and out, providing guest orientation, and scheduling appointments in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service. This role involves cash handling, opening and closing procedures for the Warm Springs Pools, and educating guests on the history, mineral properties, and benefits of the pools. The attendant must maintain a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment that meets Omni Standards of Operations, including maintaining bathrooms and restocking supplies. Additionally, they must adhere to Omni's Personal Appearance Standard and perform other clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

Customer service experience is highly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
Must have the ability to stand for 7 hours per day.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include AM/PM shift, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

Checking guests in and out, as well as providing guest orientation
Scheduling appointments, in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service.
Cash handling
Responsible for opening and closing of all areas of the Warm Springs Pools
Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation, and resort/activity information to our guests
Educating guests regarding history, mineral properties, and benefits of soaking in the Warm Springs Pools
Maintain a clean, aesthetically desirable and safe environment which meets the Omni Standards of Operations
Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies as needed.
Know and adhere to the Omni Personal Appearance Standard
Other clerical duties as needed
