About The Position

Kiwanis Scout Camp is hiring a Pool Supervisor to oversee the safe and fun operation of the aquatics program, along with supervision of several team members. Training will be provided before camp to familiarize you and staff with programs and procedures. The summer camp season goes from June 11th – August 19th, with additional employment opportunities through September 3rd. We are seeking staff who are available to work weekends and weekdays with a weekly day off.

Requirements

• Must be age 21 or older
• Strong communication skills are required
• Must be a strong swimmer

Nice To Haves

• Advanced swimming skills and lifeguard training are preferred
• Experience working directly with youth in the classroom, outdoor recreation sites, summer sites, summer youth camp, or other youth programs preferred
• Experience working with diverse populations between ages of 5 to 18 is desired
