About The Position

As a Pool Supervisor for Pool at ARIA, you will lead the daily operations of a vibrant, resort‑style pool environment by setting the stage for exceptional guest experiences through your welcoming presence, leadership, and service‑focused approach. You will oversee team performance, ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld, and coordinate seamless service delivery in a high‑energy outdoor setting. By anticipating guest needs, understanding their unique preferences, and supporting your team in delivering personalized, attentive service, you will help create memorable WOW moments that enhance each guest’s stay and reflect ARIA’s commitment to luxury and excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • 2+ Years of prior relevant experience required

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ Years of prior relevant supervisory experience in pool operations or a similar environment preferred
  • Previous lifeguard experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the pool, including monitoring/meeting safety standards, service delivery, cleanliness, ambiance, work with supporting departments and meet maintenance needs
  • Responsible for the hiring, coaching, issuing discipline, training, and accountability of all employees in the operation to include supporting departments
  • Respond to and assist with incidents/accidents and involve security for support and completing applicable reporting; ensure departmental compliance regarding company, state/local and Health District polices, inventory control, loss prevention, Risk Management and security
  • Ensure timely and professional resolution to guest and employee related challenges and/or concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training, communicate company policies and objectives and support their implementation
  • Ensure employee satisfaction through recognition, career development, and organizational teamwork to uphold positive morale
  • Maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Implement and maintain Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and growth
