About The Position
Poolwerx Redlands is seeking dependable, motivated individuals eager to learn a skilled trade and build a career in the swimming pool and spa service industry. No prior pool experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. For 42 years, Poolwerx Redlands has prioritized client care and ethical practices. Experienced professionals will train you in the safe and professional maintenance of swimming pools and spas. The role involves a three-month paid training program where you will earn $20.00 per hour, Monday through Friday, learning essential skills such as pool cleaning techniques, water chemistry, chemical handling, equipment basics, filter maintenance, troubleshooting, customer service, route management, and vehicle/equipment care. The ultimate goal is to develop you into a professional pool service technician.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of driving experience and a good driving record
- A strong work ethic
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to learning from experienced pool professionals
- Pride in doing a job correctly and taking care of our customers
- A professional appearance and good personal hygiene
- The willingness to properly care for and maintain an assigned company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Pre-employment background checks and drug testing
- Satisfactory driving record
