Working alongside the Food and Beverage Management at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Part-Time Pool Server who possesses a strong sense of detail and a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality. Learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property. Exceptional benefits package.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
- Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Certifications.
- Flexible availability to work including weekends & holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Ensures that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service at all times
- Displays consistent attention to detail and follow-through of all restaurant policies
- Maintain cleanliness of poolside areas, including tables, service stations, and compliance with health & safety hazards
- Accurately take and deliver orders, handle payments, and collaborate kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
