Requirements

• Servers are responsible for positive member and guest interactions while serving beverages and food to members and their guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• At all times, Servers are expected to be attentive to our members and their guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
• Our Servers are energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate about hospitality, food and beverage.
• At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
• Servers are expected to have some basic cooking knowledge.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
• Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally lifts/carries up to 100 lbs
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire (cost eligible for reimbursement)
• OLCC Certification

Nice To Haves

• Previous serving or barista experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to all OLCC and in house policies with regards to alcohol service to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders from and serve to guests and members.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
• Provide guidance to guests on resort activities, dining options and general resort and regional information.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Handle an assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Collect payment and balance all receipts.
• Maintain an organized, sanitary, and safe working area.
• Work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the facilities and the surrounding grounds.
• Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
