Requirements
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Food handler and/or alcohol service certification
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously in the pool area
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of poolside tables, chairs, and service stations
- Process payments and handle credit transactions responsibly
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
