We're growing fast across Canada and the US, and we need someone who can fix the stuff most techs can't. You enjoy diagnosing problems and take pride in fixing them the right way the first time. You have strong mechanical skills and can confidently troubleshoot equipment with minimal supervision. You work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of every repair. You care about quality craftsmanship and treat every customer's pool as if it were your own. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping less experienced technicians grow.

Requirements

Proven experience in pool repair — basic plumbing and equipment work
Strong troubleshooting skills and a genuine mechanical instinct
Comfort working independently on complex jobs
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pride in doing the job right the first time, not just fast

Responsibilities

Diagnose and minor repairs of pool equipment — pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing lines, and more
Troubleshoot complex issues that routine maintenance techs pass up the chain
Perform green to cleans, acid washes, stain removals and more
Perform equipment installs and upgrades for existing and new clients
Mentor and support junior technicians when they run into something over their head
Represent Puddle's standard of quality on every job, every time
